Your account
Log in to your Alebora account
A single login opens the reels, the filmed tables and the sports fixtures. Enter your email address and then your password, and you pick up exactly where you left off.
Troubleshooting
Trouble logging in?
Three situations explain almost every refused login. Here is how to recognise them and what to do next.
Forgotten password
Start the reset from the link just below. The email goes out within moments and its link lasts one hour. After that, run the process again: no limit on attempts applies here.
Account locked
Several wrong entries in a row freeze access for fifteen minutes, as a precaution. If the freeze lasts longer, it reflects a compliance measure or a self-exclusion already on file: only the chat team can say which.
Verification in progress
While your documents are being reviewed, access and play stay open. Only the withdrawal waits, until the compliance team has approved your photo ID, an address document and proof that the payment method is yours.
Opening an Alebora account
Opening yours takes a minute and releases the welcome offer from £20 deposited, subject to wagering of forty times the bonus amount.
